Accordingly, you agree that using NM news mobile applications implies your consent to collecting, receiving, possessing, storing, dealing, or handling your personal information presented on the app. Our application represents your profile including your name, and image on that place, whenever you upload any short news on the app.

The information collected by the platform is stored on the internal servers which are deleted as and when you uninstall the application. Any information, required and permissible by the law is saved, and NM News ensures implementing all sorts of physical, managerial, operational, and technical security measures to avoid any sort of information theft or loss.

The platform might have third-party site links associated with it, and as soon as you click one such link you are redirected to the particular app. After the redirection, your conduct, usage, and information collection are governed by the policies of such an app, where we do not have any say.

Disclosure of Personal Information

NM News ensures that your personal information as & when collected by the platform is not shared with any third-party source except for its affiliates, partners, associates, and trusted parties in compliance to the usage & sharing defined under this document.

We do not guarantee an unintended loss or disclosure of information apart from mentioned in the document, occurring due to any technical glitch or inaccuracy of the data security measures. However, we ensure to notify you about the nature & extent of any such to the best possible of our knowledge.

The platform does not guarantee, promise, or make claims about the accuracy, genuineness, or reliability, omission, or errors of the content available throughout the application.

We do not endorse any trade, firm, brand, or corporation by any means. Any name of trade, firm, brand, or corporation used in the app is only for the information & convenience of the users.  

Updates & Changes to Privacy Policy

NM News holds all the right to update, modify, change, or add to the privacy policy whenever wished by the platform. The users are advised to keep a check on the updates.
