The providers of
NM News bind each of the users (herein referred to as “the user” or “you”),
accessing the platform or services provided by the creators of NM News, with
certain terms and conditions. These terms and conditions, as defined below,
govern a user’s use of the services, technologies, products, apps, images,
content, graphics, audio, videos, or features provided by the platform.
From here on,
terms like “the app,” “NM News,” “NM News platform,” “the platform,” shall
refer to NM News as a single and binding entity. By accepting to use the
services provided by the platform, the users agree to be regulated by these
terms and Conditions
1. Electronic
Agreement
l This Terms and Conditions page shall serve as an electronic
agreement between the user and the platform which shall come into effect from
the time of a user’s access to the platform to avail the services and features
offered by NM News. This is a binding agreement between the user and the
platform which governs the usage, describes the rights granted to a user after
registering with the platform.
l This agreement does not form any sort of partnership, joint venture,
or any sort of joint enterprise between the users and the platform. The sole
idea of this agreement is to govern the usage of the platform and describe the
rights granted.
l By accepting the Terms and Conditions of the application, the users
provide their consent to receiving push notifications, email communications,
mobile communications, and all other available sources of electronic
communication informing about the latest updates, features, and modifications
at the platform.
l By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the users who’ve subscribed
to DND services by their carriers, agree that shall be excluded from such lists
or the service shall be dropped.
2. Privacy
l The NM News platform, while allowing you to create an account and
register with the platform, collects your information like name, state of
residence, email address, mobile number, etc., for storing it in its database.
The information collected is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
l The users willing to understand and know more about the usage of the
data collected, the data storage and privacy policy of the platform shall refer
to (Privacy Policy).
3. Usage
Who can use
it?
l The platform is open to be used by individuals who’ve attained the
age of at least 18 years. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions shall
mean that you are at least 18-years-old and comply with the jurisdiction of the
state or country you are currently living in.
l Individuals are prohibited from using the platform if:
o They are less
than 18 years of age
o Have been
convicted for outperforming of any sort of crime
o they are
staying in states or countries where our services are prohibited under the rule
or jurisdiction
o their usage of
the platform or the services provided by the platform have been previously
suspended, terminated or blocked by the authorities over possible or proven
breach of the Terms and Conditions of the platform

Non-Commercial Use
l The services, and features offered on the NM News App can only be
availed by the users for their personal use, and the members of the platform
should refrain from using the platform for any commercial endeavors unless
registered and approved as an ‘Affiliate’ of NM News. The commercial endeavors
herein refer to activities like sharing links to other websites, whether
deemed competitive to NM News or otherwise.
l In case a user is found to be using the app illegally and/or any
other unauthorized uses of the App by the members, including but not limited to
unauthorized framing of or linking to the App shall be investigated, and attract
legal required action, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and
injunctive redress.
l NM News shall be entitled to recover from you, your successors,
heirs, assigns, etc. any profit, revenue, benefit, etc., which you have gained/
received, expected, or going to receive with penalty @ 50% of such profit/ revenue/ benefit by
unauthorized use of this site.
5. User
Membership
l A user’s membership with the platform is considered to be only used
by the user for its personal use.
l Any assignment, transferring, or licensing of the user membership to
any other individual or person or entity shall stand against the Terms and
Conditions of the platform, defined in this document.
l If any assignment, transferring, or licensing of the user membership
to any other individual or person or entity brought to the notice of the
platform authorities shall deem required actions including termination of
services of the user originally holding the membership account.
l Users with prior experience of journalism shall be considered as
reporters on the application and shall be allowed to post videos on the app.
However, any reporter publishing any video or news shall not be given the right to
the video, or any profit made by the app.
6.
Termination of Services
l The platform at its sole and absolute discretion holds all the
rights to terminate or discontinue your usage of the platform, in case, you are
found to be breaching the terms and conditions specified by the platform.
l In case, the user, by its choice, wants to terminate or end its
usage of the platform, he/she can do so by going to the “Account” section or can
drop us a mail at (email address).
l In case a user terminates his/her membership with the platform,
he/she should not be entitled to any sort of refund for any unutilized
subscription fees or access to digital content or reports purchased through NM
News
l In case, a user’s usage of the platform is terminated or suspended
by the platform for breaching the Terms and Conditions of the platform, then,
the suspension or termination of services shall be considered as final or
binding.
l In case, the breach of Terms and Conditions of the platform
escalated the boundaries of termination and suspension of the services and
required legal proceedings, and mandatory actions shall be taken against the
user.
7. Right to
form Consortium/Associated
l NM News can outsource any part or component of the services offered
on the platform, from an organization or an individual with or without
disclosing to you. In such a case, you agree to not hold NM News liable for any
sort of loss or disruption.
l During the course wherein the platform might outsource any part or
component of the services offered, your membership rights and responsibilities
shall not be affected and continue as against NM News only and not against such
persons or organizations.
8.
Intellectual Property Rights
l The platform comprises content (including but not limited to) such
as images, content, videos, graphics, logos, audios, trademarks, domain names,
brand features, etc., published by the creators of the app. Such content is a
part of NM News’s Intellectual property rights, and thus, no user is allowed to
use, copy, make a replica of, modify, sell, or transmit such content.
l All such content which is considered to be a part of NM News’s
Intellectual Property Rights (excluding the user’s content), is the property of
NM News its partners, licensors, and/ or associates of the NM News
l By accepting the terms and conditions, the users provide their
consent not to use, copy, modify, transmit, sell, publish, etc. any of the
materials considered to be an Intellectual property right of the platform.
l The users should refrain from sharing, copying, publishing, making
derivatives of, selling, the content produced by other users of the platform.
In case a user is found to be engaged in such acts, it shall be considered as
Breaching the Terms and Conditions of the NM News by the user, and suitable
actions might be taken against such users by the creators or directing authorities
of the platform.
l The platform pieces of advice its users not to rely on any Content,
Advice, Opinions, statements, offers, or other information or content made
available through the NM News platform, but not directly by NM News. Such
contents are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be
relied upon. NM News does not take any responsibility for such materials made
available through the platform, and such authors are solely responsible for
such content. NM News does not: (i) guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or
usefulness of any information on the Service, or (ii) adopt, endorse or accept
responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or
statement made by any party that appears on the App.
l NM News, its affiliates, partners, licensors, or associates shall not
be held responsible for any loss or damage of any user of the platform
resulting from your reliance on information or other content posted on the App
or transmitted to or by any other member(s) of the platform.
9. Disputes
and Resolutions
l The usage of the platform by any user shall be completely governed
by the Laws and Jurisdiction of India. However, any dispute matters shall be
reported and fought in the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
l If any dispute or conflict of interest arises between the platform
and the users regarding the platform, services provided, features offered or
the content offered by the platform, in such cases all the disputes arising
shall be reported to the courts of competent jurisdiction at Delhi, India.
l The place of arbitration for all sort of disputes reported shall be Sangli,
Maharashtra, and all the jurisdiction proceedings shall be carried out in
English.
l In case, a dispute arises between two users of the platform due to
conflict of interests or any content shared by either of the involved users,
then, NM News shall not be held responsible. The user raising the dispute shall
provide a written ‘Notification’ about the issue to the other user and try
resolving it on the personal front within 15 days of issuing the
‘Notification.’
l In case, the involved parties fail to resolve the issue mutually,
the case shall be escalated to arbitration, and both the parties shall bear the
cost of the arbitration equally.
l These terms and conditions are subject to the information technology
act, 2000 of the government of India. And breach of any of these terms and
conditions constitutes a violation of applicable local laws with serious Indian
penal ramifications.
10. Disclaimer
l As a news publishing platform, technical inaccuracy or typographical
error (sometimes) may occur or happen. NM News undertakes to rectify, correct, and make the necessary changes in order to present facts based on the standard
subject matter. In no way, however, do we make pledges or binding onuses to
update all materials on the app interface instantaneously.
l Always our passion is for uninterrupted, compelling, and spellbinding

l The platform at its sole and absolute discretion holds all the right
to modify, change, or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Platform.
l The users by accepting these Terms and Conditions provide their
agreement and a no-objection certificate for the same.
l The time-to-time amendments, modifications, or updates in the Terms
and Conditions of the platform shall be notified to the users via push
notifications or any other means of electronic communication.
